CAE-D'HAITI proposes to meet the financing and management needs of companies operating in selected sectors through our service offers. The sectors of activity that will interest us the most as well as the projects that will be available on our site are:
1. The insurance sector:
An insurance company will be created to insure all of our clients' businesses.
2. The mining sector (quarry sand, river sand, manufacture of blocks and drinking water)
The operation of the mining sector is very profitable in Haiti. Indeed after the earthquake, Haiti has become a country to be rebuilt. So the demand for the products of this sector is increasing day by day. However, setting up a business in this sector mobilizes a lot of funds, but generates a lot of jobs and profits.
3. The cabinet-making, wood and fittings sector.
The center intends to supervise all those who work in this sector by seeking assistance for their training and to sell their finished products on the local and international market.
4. The agricultural sector, fishing and breeding.
The development of Haiti requires the development of the agricultural sector. This is why the center intends to design many projects in this sector and offer them to entrepreneurs while seeking funds for their execution.
5. The tourism sector.
Nowadays, the tourism sector is rebounding strongly following the significant efforts of the Haitian state made in recent years. Many schools have emerged in the educational environment in support of the preparation of qualified human resources necessary for the Haitian tourism offer.
Haiti currently has some 10,000 standard hotel rooms and receives 300,000 tourists annually. Since the earthquake, large hotels such as Marriott, Best Western and others have established themselves in the Haitian tourist environment with beautiful and imposing architecture. L'ile-à-vache has recently been placed among the largest tourist destinations on the world map. But, the cost of their services is very high.
CAE-D'HAITI intends to bring its participation not only in the increase of tourist services in Haiti but to provide its services at a very low cost for national and international visitors.
6. The transport sector.
The development of this sector in Haiti is booming. We are going to modernize it in order to best suit the needs of the Haitian population, particularly public transport. For other transport, they will be organized in order to find more activities for drivers and trucks.
7. Real estate sector.
Buying and selling land and houses through their construction is very profitable business around the world. Setting up and mentoring a business to buy land, build homes, and then sell it at the rental price for a period of time will be beneficial for both that business and the users of those homes. So we will make housing available to the middle class in the form of
