The Center d'Aide et d'Encadrement pour le Développement d'Haiti (CAE-D'HAITI) is a participatory financing platform in the form of a non-profit social organization that promotes the social and solidarity economy.

 

It was created with the aim of federating the sources of financing to support Haitian companies evolving in investment sectors carrying great hopes for the development of Haiti and to support social organizations.

 

This method of financing, also called crowd financing or “crowdfunding”, makes it possible to raise the necessary amount of financing thanks to a multitude of contributions which often intervene in addition to institutional investors or bank financing.

 

CAE-D'HAITI promotes co-financing and encourages the synergy of all categories of funders, in order to maximize business financing opportunities.

 

So CAE-D'HAITI seeks funds for companies through crowdfunding with national, international institutions and the world population in the form of donation, loan, and equity participation. The funds found will be used to finance our projects and those of third parties through a joint management contract with them. We can also take stakes in its projects.

 

Then the center supervises these entrepreneurs in the management of their companies by appointing a project manager in the company who will do its joint management with its management during the period of the injection of money.

 

A partnership platform, CAE-D'HAITI relies on all the skills of the territory in order to identify and support companies in certain sectors in search of financing and management supervision.
